Habitat for Humanity

We are excited to do God’s work with our hands right here in Will County. We are one of the area churches providing a crew to help build a house. Habitat has laid the foundation and we are ready to get building this summer in Joliet.

For the past 20 years, we have provided a place for youth to receive help. These students between 2nd - 8th grade not only receive academic help but in many cases positive encouragement. Tutoring is currently offered on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 pm and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm. There is always a need for more tutors to ensure that there are no students left on the wait list. Please consider sharing 1 hour of your time to make a difference.

In partnership with the United Way of Will County, our location provides free diapers and wipes for families in need. Volunteers can help bundle diapers or serve families on Sunday nights when Depot is open.
