Community Yoga

Fridays, starting September 7 - December | 6:00 pm

We are excited to announce a new wellness opportunity that will be offered here at New Life. The type of yoga will be Vinyasa Flow. One breath, one movement. This is for all levels of fitness or experience and is open to anyone. Bring a friend! It will be led by Christine Janak who is a certified instructor who has practiced for 8 years and taught for 3 years. There is no cost, simply a recommended donation of $10. If you own a mat, please bring or we will have a few available. We hope you’ll set aside this time to reconnect with your body and experience the benefits of this moving mediation. No registration needed.
