Our Story – Church Outdoors

New Life has a history of gathering outside, long before there was a COVID pandemic.

Large striped tents were brought in to place on the lawn to gather everyone together on a summer Sunday.

This one is from 1988. You’ll notice the wooden orange covered chairs brought out from the sanctuary in addition to folding chairs.

This one is from 1979.

These worship services were often followed by a potluck meal to extend the ability to build connections and just be together having fun.
