Scripture: For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.  Ephesians 2:8

Suggested Action of the Day: Make an extra point of saying grace before each of your meals today, being grateful for the nourishment and enjoyment of your food.
