This is the true story of six-year-old Ruby who was chosen to be the first African-American to integrate her local elementary school in 1960. She is subjected to the true ugliness of racism for the first time. As part of our Lenten theme, Unfinished, we want to learn about what may still be unfinished with integration. Discussion and activity to follow movie.
